The voice that immediately spoke inside told me all the reasons I was not qualified to do it. Maybe you are familiar with that negative voice? Thankfully, I did not listen to that negative voice, but instead, through prayer, heard my Heavenly Father say, "Yes, I am with you". He was calling us to be His voice of Good News.
The Fearless and Free: Spirit, Soul and Body Podcast was birthed during the Covid-19 season of lockdowns and loss, when so much of the world was experiencing dysfunction. The focus of news and conversation was on illness and fear instead of wellness. I was living in London in the last half of the lockdown. Laura was living in Houston. We were experiencing the world’s heart wounds being exposed and on display all around us. Even in the church communities, people were giving their wounds a voice. Using their words as a weapon to curse everyone they didn't agree with. Watching people wound others, and having experienced inner healing ourselves, we knew there was another way.
Inner healing is not only available, but accessible. God is pursuing the hearts of people to know freedom and wholeness that only He can provide. That's the good news! We don’t have to stay bound to those places of fear and loss. As an inner healing minister, I am passionate about empowering others to overcome obstacles in their own hearts and relationships to bring freedom and healing. This is not behavior modification but healing from the heart that brings wholeness and restores alignment with your true purpose in Christ.
In this new season at Fearless and Free podcast, I seek to empower you as an integral part of the body of Christ to move into the fullness of your identity and authority, using your voice to bring healing and hope to your sphere of influence. Both men and women are being called forward to lead, speak, and create with our Creator God in new and exciting ways. If God is calling you into a new way of serving, don't listen to that negative voice. Listen to the voice of your Father God. He is a Good Father. Maybe He is calling you to partner with a friend or other ministry. Maybe He is calling you to start a business. Maybe He is calling you to start a podcast, write a book, make a movie, start a nonprofit, or change jobs. Whatever it is, do not delay. Your voice is needed in this hour to bring Good News.
