You may have tasted healing and found yourself wanting more, or you may carry a deep mercy in your heart that longs to help others experience lasting transformation. Perhaps you’re simply curious to witness how God moves and heals in ways far beyond anything you’ve seen before.
I’d been searching for a different kind of training—something deeper than a Bible study yet more personal and accessible than Bible college. I longed for practical, Spirit led equipping that could immediately help me grow and share with others how their relationship with God could become a deep well of greater identity in Christ.

Teaching Fellowship Institute is, by definition, intended to help create a lasting impact in your community; to help adult learners craft their journey with principles and tools to go out and administer sustainable healing.
Instead of students, we are called “Fellows”, a term that reflects the heart of the program - journeymen walking together through a shared process of transformation.
"Fellow" captures the essence of shared pilgrimage - people walking the road of discovery together, creating a community of believers, healers, and co-laborers who carry one another toward wholeness in Christ. It speaks to a way of life marked by mutuality: and a shared culture of learning side by side, practicing faith shoulder to shoulder, and becoming more fully alive through one another being shaped into the image of Christ through His work.
A community is vital, and this becomes apparent once you begin school.
People need life-changing help in a world that seems to darken daily. They need to know God not only loves them but is fully invested in them. For some, the crucifixion is the stuff of legend. It’s not a personal, completed-for-them experience, but more like something from a good movie or a fantastical book.
What is keeping people from an intimate, personal relationship with God the Father, Jesus, and Holy Spirit? What hurts are holding a person back, or how can we partner with Father, Son, and Holy Spirit to see others set free?
The true, lasting healing I have experienced happened when deep inner healing exploded in my heart, soul, and spirit in such a way that I knew the Lord was speaking, and I could not let go of this treasure. My heart ignited with a passion to see others experience this freedom, and my spirit soared with Isaiah 61: “to set the captive free”.
This was a call to arms.

The title Fellow instead of student was chosen because this is advanced training. A fellowship is not for someone straight out of high school. They have some training already and are ready for the next step. The fellowship develops a specialty.

Walking and learning in community allows all of us to recognize that no matter what it looks like on the surface, each of us has been through trauma and warfare, and it is a journey best traveled together. Honoring one another adds more dimension to the experience at every level.
Developing a culture of honor with like-minded individuals in a day when that is hard to find, even in the church. The School of Ministry (SOM) is an ecosystem of church beyond the walls to thrive in the days ahead.
